Restrictions on Use
This site is owned and operated by MESA Supplies, Inc. (hereinafter "MESA", "we", "us", or "our"). No material from mesasupplies.com or any web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by MESA may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial use only. By doing so, you agree to keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of MESA's intellectual property rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other web site or electronic network medium is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are property of MESA Supplies, Inc. or one of our partners and all rights are retained by the original owners.
This site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, MESA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no way does MESA warrant the site or its operation will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no way does MESA warrant use of the site in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Furthermore, MESA expressly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of sites that link to or from mesasupplies.com that are not produced by MESA.
Information collected during registration is stored on a secure server and will be used by MESA to process your orders, or to contact you regarding your account or your order. In addition, if you have selected to receive our newsletter (during registration or through your account profile options) we may occasionally send you email offers from MESA Supplies, or one of our affiliated companies. Under no circumstances will your email address or other personal information be sold or shared with any other entities, except as needed to process your order or as required by law.
During checkout, your payment information, including credit card information, is protected with 128-bit encryption. Your transaction is processed through a secure gateway provided by Authorize.net, and encrypted by Network Solutions. Shipping and Delivery
It is MESA's policy to require a signature upon delivery unless you specify otherwise. If you request delivery without a signature, the package will be considered delivered and you will be fully responsible for it once it leaves our shipping dock in Fort Worth, Texas.
Orders are typically shipped no later than the next business day, often the same day. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also access this information in the My Account page. The delivery time for your order will vary depending on the shipping options you choose during checkout.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipping to Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax. Texas businesses wishing to resell items, or who are otherwise exempt, may have their accounts changed to be non-taxable by faxing the following 3 documents to 866-266-7253:

- A copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit
Please include your name and the email address that you used to register your account so we can find you in our system and change your status to non-taxable. You will receive an email letting you know when this has been completed.
DTG Inks cannot be returned. Please make sure your ink order is correct before submitting it.
For all other products, MESA Supplies will accept returns for exchange only if product packaging has not been opened. Please contact Customer Service at 800-330-3867 Option 3 for an RMA within 30 days of delivery. Please retain all packaging, and have your order number ready when you call.
