This Vista Cotton Tearaway Stabilizer is a versatile 2.3 ounce (80 gsm) tearaway backing made of 100% pure recycled cotton. This backing has a more uniform texture and thickness, and does not contain any additives which can produce a powdery residue. This is a firm yet pliable backing, with a slightly crisp feel. It tears easily in any direction, and is suitable for a wide range of embroidery projects.
