Vista Puffy Foam is colored foam used for creating raised 3D embroidery designs. Each sheet measures 12 x 18 inches and 3mm thick per sheet. Vista puffy foam is non-toxic, water-resistant and machine washable. It perforates cleanly when stitched through and raises the design 3mm above the garment. Vista Puffy Foam is available in 10 colors. Note that our photographs accurately display the color of the foam, however, some monitors and screens may show colors differently.

    How to use

Puffy Foam embroidery (3D foam embroidery) is a relatively simple process that anyone has the capability of producing. It does require some special techniques during the digitizing process. The application is created by introducing a piece of foam material into the sewing process. The stitches penetrate and lock the foam into the design such that specific elements of the design are significantly raised up above the rest of the design. This technique can be used on just about any design and garment, provided that the necessary adjustments are made during the digitizing process.
