Return Policy
At MESA Supplies, Inc. all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. We strive to keep our cost low and we ask that customers verify all products in their cart before checking out. All products sold by MESA Supplies are guaranteed to be as described and free from defects, however the appearance may vary slightly from the photographs featured on our website.
Defective Returns / Product Errors
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 10 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
- We sent the wrong item
- The item received is defective
All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us by one of the methods above within 10 DAYS of the invoice date for possible exchange. Include your order number (found on your receipt) and the reason you wish to return the item(s). All returns must be returned in the original packaging, including outer packaging and inserts.
